About the job

At Justface we are looking for a committed and independent supporter for a full-time position with primary working hours from 4:00 PM to midnight on weekdays. You will be a key person in our customer support and will report directly to our Head of Support.

Your most important task will be to ensure that our customers and their members receive fast, competent and friendly help - also outside of regular office hours. During peak periods, working hours can be shifted (e.g. to daytime hours), so flexibility is an advantage.

Your tasks will include:

  • Answer calls, emails and tickets from customers and their members

  • Resolve technical and practical problems with high quality and empathy

  • Document cases and ensure follow-up

  • Assist with hardware preparation and shipping

  • Handle ad hoc tasks and collaborate with the rest of the support team

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience with customer service, IT support or similar

  • Works structured, independently and takes ownership

  • Is service-minded and good at communicating clearly and kindly

  • Speaks and writes fluently in Danish and English (a requirement)

  • Does German have an additional language? That's a big plus!

  • Is technically curious and quick to learn new systems
