AI in our solution is exclusively applied to verification and authentication, with the sole purpose of access control, which is not categorized as high-risk in the AI Act.

AI is only applied within clearly defined security and identity processes, including:

• Onboarding verification and authentication – verifying that the individual matches the registered identity.

• Facial recognition, liveness detection, and anti-spoofing – protecting against spoofing, replay attacks, camouflage, unusual or atypical access attempts and identity misuse.

• Advanced scanning technology – our scanner includes proprietary algorithms with a high level of security that differentiate us in the market.

• Virtual light curtain (innovation feature) – monitoring and alerting against physical access threats such as tailgating, piggybacking, jump over, bypass attempts, door propping (door blocking) and unauthorized intrusion.

All AI processing complies with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).

In addition, Justface is certified with the D-Seal, which documents our commitment to responsible digitalization, including data security, ethics, and responsible AI use.
